It is electric, but has not been used in the last 20 years, still in working order but probably needs some tlc to be in top condition to use as a sewing machine. Burr elm singer sewing machine industrial desk hall table in

This is an old iron machine base painted black with 2 horizontal burr elm tree slices attached to the top they have been left as natural as possible with a slight gap in the top and very rustic. The top is nearly 2" thick and has been waxed. It's a beautiful piece if you like the rustic natural look and very unique the two planks have not been joined in the middle or flattened as I wanted it natural. The cast iron base has a wheel which still spins.
