Korean built Fender Squier Precision bass from the late s. Vintage Olympic White finish, naturally faded over the years & looks beautiful. Came with a tortoise scratchplate, though the original white plate is included in the sale, as are the bridge & pick up "ashtrays" / covers. Good overall condition - couple of to be expected paint chips (mainly to lower horn - tried to show these on photo), though would benefit from a set up of the string height to accomodate the ashtray & also needs a blob of solder inside (my eyes are no longer good enough). Looks the absolute business hanging on my wall, but its too good & beautiful a collectable to sit gathering dust. Will be sorry to see this go, but its time for a clear out & new stuff.... Squier Vintage Modified Jazz Bass 70's Natural

I got this second hand in a trade a few months ago as I wanted to try out a jazz bass, but as great as it is I'd rather just have a Precision bass again. The damage to the face of the instrument happened under the previous owner and has no effect whatsoever on the sound or playability of the bass, but I've made sure the pictures show it clearly so that any prospective buyer knows what they're getting. These are £340 brand new so I'm looking to either sell this for £200 o.n.o. Or, I'd be open to trade for a Squier P-bass (or I could trade this + cash for a fender). 's HOFNER PROFESSIONAL SOLID BASS GUITAR (182/E1) this will be a great bass when finished,most of the original parts are present,straight neck with fully working truss rod,no fret wear or wear to the fretboard,no cracks in the scratchplate, beautiful original nickel bridge and tailpiece,at some point the body was painted blue but the paint comes off really easy,I'm not sure of what wood it is,there are four machine heads with screws but they are odd, pictures I have seen of this bass the body was originally red,in parts alone the guitar would be worth a lot more but it would be a shame to break it up for parts,collection in person only. Really good quality Squier jazz bass, black with maple neck, pearl type block markers. Very good condition with just the usual light scratches and bumps of a regularly played and gigged bass. This is one of the older versions of this bass with the excellent Duncan Designed pick-ups. Has had a recent set-up with a full fret re-dress. Nice low action. Truss rod working exactly as it should. Would prefer pick up from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk but will post if necessary (I always use UPS).
