Raleigh Road Bike (single speed conversion)

Selling my gorgeous Raleigh. It was a 10 speed bike when I got a few years ago from a bloke up in Lincoln. I converted into a single speed for convenience. It will need some love - but it is ridable as it is. Wheels are from a Langster. The bike is one of the last to be manufactured in Nottingham (the code under the bottom bracket can prove that), it is amazingly light and flexible. Lovely bike if you like single speeds. Would suit someone between 5ft3 and upwards - as seat and handlebar adjusts. Ride-wise its a cool commuter bike, 5 speed, sharp brakes, bell, stand and retro front light (which just needs batteries). These wheels were on a Raleigh bike that I bought over the summer. I imagine that they are around 25 years old. The tryres ( x 1 1/4) look like they've barely been used, the tread is very fresh. The rims are true and the bearings seem smooth-running. However, owing to the age the steel rims are flecked with rust spots. The hubs are made by Mallard and are alloy.
