Black double metal bed frame with gold details. In great used condition with some signs of wear that add to the vintage look. Malvik foam mattress from Ikea which is like new. It is less than a year old and has had minimal use as this bed was in our spare room. It has never been directly slept on as we used a memory foam topper on it (though it's very comfortable without, we used the topper just because we had it) the mattress alone still sells in Ikea for £120 Also includes two large under bed drawers which originally came from inside a fitted wardrobe. Beautiful and unique, vintage solid pine double bed frame in lovely condition, finished in antique pine beeswax. No mattress. Both head and foot boards feature 3 panels on both sides of the boards, giving it a very unique appearance. The headboard external dimensions measure 150cm wide x 121cm high (posts). This is made for a standard 4ft 6" double bed mattress. Comes with the original fixtures/fittings, plus 10 x BRAND NEW slats which are 3 cm thick (as shown in photo). From a non smoking household. As with any used furniture, it does have dinks and marks as can be expected, but these do not affect its use and actually enhance it's vintage appearance. Lovely Solid Pine Double Bed Frame!

The bed frame comes fully dismantled with all fittings and screws. Easy to transport and assemble. The frame has been painted white, with duck egg blue details about a year ago. There are a few scuffs as illustrated in the photos, but they don't retract from its shabby chic appeal. The bed takes a standard size double mattress (140x200) and has plenty of storage space under the frame. The slats are real wood and are screwed into the base. The frame is held together with strong fittings and the bed can be made easily with an Allen / hex key and a cross head screwdriver. Collection from Ham, Richmond.
