For sale is a beautiful Motobecane 10 speed vintage road bike from the 80s. Around 55cm size frame. Bought this bad boy from a brocante (garage sale) in France 3 years ago. Recently got the motivation to bring it back up to Scotland to make in to a project. Here is the end product. New brake cables, new rear gear cable, new tyres, new brake levers, new handlebar tape, new rear wheel. Spare parts sourced from Bike Station - mudguards, rear rack, funky handlebar, front forks (resprayed in chrome), double kick stand (infront of rear wheel), dutch-style nurse lock (beside rear brakes). Selling this vintage Motobecane Road Racing Bike as my Grandson does not want it. I believe the bike to be totally original but not certain of this as I am no expert. It does have age related scratches here and there but is in very good condition and complete, just needs setting up properly to be good for the road again. Lovely Motobecane. Smallish size, 21", good for the shorter riders out there. Will suit a person from 5 3" to 5 6" approximately. Truly French bike, brought to London from the South of France. Still having the sticker from a Time trial from ! Pretty cool. It is a classic French racer, with 10 speed drive train, excellent Nervar cranks, and upmarket Dia Compe levers. Fully original. Everything works. Serviced for the sale including: - Headset serviced. - Bottom bracket serviced. - New brake cables. -Drive train cleaned and lubricated. - New gear cables. Plenty of life on tyres. As normal in a 36 years old bike there is some wear and tear related to age. A bit of rust, etc. Having lived in France most of its life means that rust is much less than an equivalent bike from England. Anyway nothing major, t is part of the charm of a vintage bike. For sale is an excellent motobecane bike with all original features. I purchased this bike about a year ago from a friend who travels to France and buys vintage bikes. This he said was the best condition one he has ever found and apparently was only used a handful of times from where he purchased from and this shows in the paintwork and the original features. I bought it with brand new tires and has used the bike less than 5 times since I purchased it so the tires are still in near perfect condition. Vintage s 10-speed Motobecane. Beautiful bike!!!

Lovely sky blue frame. Super-cool green wheels. Gorgeous bike. 21-inches from seat post to crank. Suitable for riders 5"7 and below. I bought it whilst still in the US (as I was moving back to the U.K. and wanted it ready for me, so my family picked it up), and it is way too small for me (I'm 6ft 1). It was advertised as being 25 inches when it is 21 on the measurement as above. It is in great shape. It was bought for £200 and never used. So I am just recouping the outlay! Any questions just ask.
