This time it's a vanity unit incorporating two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Dimensions are (vanity unit) height 190cm, length cm, width 230cm and depth 55cm Dimensions are (chest of drawers) height 68cm, length cm, width 88cm and depth 44cm We are open from 10am to 4.30pm, 7 days a week. We have an end of month sale on the last Saturday of the month with many items greatly reduced in price.The Old Orchard Cafe is open for light drinks and refreshments including Fabulous cakes. (They have a habit of dissapearing quickly)

Retro/vintage Meredew dressing table in Redruth

Lovely upcycled Meredew dressing table. All original features, the dresser has been upcycled using Slate, satin finish paint on the drawers and the body has been revarnished with Walnut finish Ronseal Varnish. It has a triple mirror which can easily be removed. This is a lovely large retro piece of furniture, which could alternatively be used as a sideboard etc. Very good condition despite its age.

Vintage Meredew double and single wardrobe

Vintage, mid century double and single wardrobe from acclaimed maker Meredew. Just removing from a 250-year old cottage with many design classics. The single wardrobe is assembled, as shown, with telescopic brass clothes rail. The double had to be dismantled as too large to fit down our stairs (hence photo half dismantled). The double features a full length drop rail, plus overhead double storage and slide out drawers. These are both top quality, with incredible fittings all original. One half of the rear panel to the double has a hole in it as it was used to access a water tap. Apart from that, these are in great condition. The single can be dismantled for easy of transport. The clever fitting system is robust and simple. These are design classics and the double wardrobe is changing hands on other sites for £100, so looking for £150 for the pair. Collection only for cash. Rare chance to get two matching wardrobes of this style. NOTE: the single wardrobe is not as tall as the double, which has the overhead compartment (it was used in a room with a sloping roof).
