Vintage Industrial articulated lamp with green enamel shade The lamp has 3 articulated arms each approx. 10 inches long, The base mount and the shade holder are also fully adjustable. The lamp is mounted on a beech block but can be wall mounted if required. It has been rewired using new fabric covered 3 core cable, it has a new plug and in line switch fitted. The metal parts are lightly polished and sealed with bees wax for a lovely finish, the enamel shade does have some signs of wear and tear as expected of a lamp of this age, but this just adds to its character. any questions please ask. This workbench was used in agriculture, during the time when people still mowed grass by hand. The mechanism that is installed on the tableis used to sharpen a scythe. The producer is Franz Krösbacher from Fulpmes, Tirol.This table can be useful in many ways all around the house: as an industrial table in the hallway with a nice mirror above it, in the living room as a side table or for example – with a thick wooden chopping board on it – in the kitchen as a chopping board or extra work/storage space. You could even attach a nice, robust lamp to the mechanism.The wooden handle of the mechanism has gained a few termite holes over the years, but as far as I know, these are no longer active.
