  Vintage H Sin Chai Flute for Repairs/Restor

This was my flute which was bought for me to learn on way back in . Hasn't been played for years and requires extensive work/TLC. Can't currently get it to produce any notes and I was told a while back that it would need a good overhaul to include replacement of rods, keys and pads. Case is in very poor condition on the outside as it was attacked by a previous family cat! Inside just like new. Please see photos. Other than all the work which needs to be carried out, the rest of the flute is in very good condition with no dents or scratches regardless of previous use and age. Comes with original black plastic caps. Also original cleaning rod. Unfortunately the screwdriver for adjusting the keys, etc got lost quite some time ago. It is made by H. Sin Chai of China. Believe there were a few of these on the market back in the late '70s/early '80s as perhaps a cheaper alternative to Yamaha/Boosey and Hawkes. As informed by my old flute teacher back then! Serial Number is L308. Kept it in the hope that one day I would get around to playing it again but never have. Now time for a new owner. I will post using Parcelforce 48.
