Giant Peloton Superlite, lightweight road bike, shimano 105

Here is my lovely 90s Giant Peloton Superlite road bike. It has a 14 speed shimano 105 groupset (as you can see by the pictures) and has been regularly serviced. A rough measurement from centre of crank to top of seat tube is 62cm. I'm 6'0" and it fits, but it's certainly not small for me. It's currently a bit dusty (as we've just had some building work done) but its all superficial and is in very good condition, particularly considering it's 20 years old. Handlebars need re-taping, brake hoods need either cleaning or changing. I recently weighed it (roughly) and was a little over 10kg - not bad for such a cheap bike! It's running on 23mm continental gatorskin tyres at the moment, and running very nicely. Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit

Beautiful 64cm Giant Peloton Steel Road Bike -Stunning Condition

I am selling one of my personal collection, with the usual Cambridge Classic Bikes quality assurance, levels of service and 30 day warranty. This has been a spare of mine for about 6 months, and I've enjoyed taking the kids to school on it a few times, but I have too many bikes and am selling a few of the ones I use least. It's a very light bike, even for such a big frame. At 6 foot 5 it's a great size, but would be suitable from 6 foot upwards. It's had an easy life and been stored inside, so comes in incredible condition with only a couple of small paint scratches and hardly any wear. I've serviced it regularly and it's had a recent new bottom bracket, headset bearings, brake pads, bar tape. The cables and tyres have dome about 10 miles. It has a full Shimano 500EX groupset with dual pivot brakes (which work fantastically) and 14 indexed gears, smooth fast and shift perfectly. The wheels are light and perfectly straight and the bike glides along. I'm sorry to see it go, but needs must and it will be a real joy for a new owner. Please get in touch to arrange a viewing.
