Vintage Fender Twin Reverb Silverface Amplifier

This Vintage Fender Twin Reverb guitar amp Serial number A has just been professionally serviced by Gee Electronics,Warrington,and is in very good working order. It has seen many gigs over its 40 plus years but has been rarely gigged in the last 15 years. I bought it new in , as you would expect it has a few superficial bumps, dents and scratches in the Tolex cover but it comes with the original Fender 12 inch speakers,it has a push/pull Master volume boost switch,voltage selection knob,plus groove tube valves, also has casters and tilt back legs for inclined positioning.Its listed output is 100 watts although I have rarely had the channel volume above 3 or 4! It is a very loud clean sounding amp, featuring the classic Fender Reverb and vibrato effects, the reverb/vibro footswitch is not included. Would need to collect in person. Fender Bassman Silverface 70W amplifier late 70s

Late 70s amp in good working order. This has been modified to also use EL34 valves. At the moment has two Sovtek tested with a Dyna Jet 606 tube tester. As you can see in the pics both valves have plenty of life. Clean tones as expected from a Fender but also drives provided the right push! Cosmetically good considering age, this amp also benefits from Master Volume knob to play at lower volumes with high gain. Believe me, this baby is loud! Test drives welcome if real interest on your part. I have a 2x12 speaker cabinet (not for sale) to try it. Not interested in swaps at the moment. Thanks for looking. Vintage Guitar Amplifier - Fender Pro Watt Twin Combo

Fender Pro XW Guitar Combo Amp. 2x12. These came out in and lasted until when the Red knobs and grill cloth changed to Black knobs and silver grill cloth to give them a more traditional Fender amp look. Channel A's tone control has a Mid Cut, and the B channel has Gain, Gain Boost, Mid Boost, Contour, Tilt, and Presence.These amps were part of the "Fast Four" and were the first successful Solid State amps Fender made. They sounded good, were reliable and offered some modern sounds, along with a good Fender clean. These amps later became the Standard Series. Amp is in good condition, all functions working, although Power rocker switch probably needs replacing as is it crackles when you turn off the amp. But apart from that it's a great amp. I'm sorry to see if go but set list now requires Marshall/Blackstar- Gibson combination so no need for the great Fender tones. Includes Amp stand and foot pedal

Fender Twin Reverb

This is my Fender Twin Reverb. She's about as original and unmolested as you can get. It even includes the original footswitch! When I acquired her she needed a complete filter cap change which made a clean sounding amp even cleaner. The valves have just been tested. One was found to be faulty and has been replaced. She's an absolute beauty and in pretty good condition considering she's nearly 40 years old. At £750 she's a bargain but I am open to sensible offers. For sale is my 90's Fender Twin. Owned since and it's in ridiculously good condition as I've always kept it protected with this lovely red leather "Silverstone" cover. These were made in UK a few years ago but no longer going as far as I can gather. USA made 3 channel beast. 100w switchable to 25w with a flick of the switch on the back of the amp. Also, running with just power tubes so it breaks up earlier on the clean channel. (I will include the spare 2 tubes in case you want all 4 in there.) Great sounding tube amp. Sweet cleans but breaks up real gnarly but still very clear. Overdrive channel 3 can give you tube screamer-like lead tones. Channel 2 is your bog standard crunch. Very nice reverb, handy effects loop and very neat "recording out" feature. Has played around 100 gigs since being in my life. Not sure how much it was gigged before then but I imagine it'll do a good few years more as it's like a friggin' tank! Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit
