Ercol Dining room suite. Excellent condition in Saxmundham

We had this suite shipped from an antique centre in Scotland but a change of plans means it won't fir into our refurbished house. It is in excellent condition and I believe the wood is elm. It is 5 ft long, 3ft wide and extends to 8 ft. The covers on all six chairs are unmarked.

This is a gorgeous and genuine Ercol dining suite in dark wood. This is bang on trend. The table is extending and in great condition. It has just a couple of watermarks that need buffing out but no damage at all. The chairs will need some attention (maybe re-gluing) as they are a bit creaky and the seats will likely need re-covering to your taste. Modern bedroom suite in excellent condition

Double divan bed plus mattress plus solid wood headboard, with accompanying pair of solid wood bedside cabinets, all in excellent condition. Bed: W - 4ft 6 ins / 140 cms, L - 6 ft 5 ins / 192 cms, H (incl mattress) - 22.5 ins / 57 cms. Divan has two integral roomy drawers for storage. Relyon 'orthorest' firm mattress has always had a protector on it. There are some scuff marks on the base, but otherwise it is in excellent condition. The headboard is a warm brown.  Bedside cabinets: W - 16.5 ins / 42 cms, L - 13.5 ins / 35 cms, H - 25.5 ins / 65 cms. Each has 3 drawers with metal cup handles. Dark brown solid wood throughout with tongue and groove backs. 'As new' appearance to all, having been kept in a guest room in a pet and smoke-free house.
