Vintage Czech coral (glass?) graduated marcasite necklace

Here is a very pretty Czech coral (I think it may be glass as it's Czech) vintage graduated necklace " long, I think the clasp is silver but the marks apart from Czech, I cannot make out so I'm unsure and it's not been tested, but the quality is there, there is twisted fine wire (probably silver) wrapped around the join and the string is tied between the first three beads on each end, again a sign of quality. The beads are all in good vintage condition, the clasp although showing light patina (which adds to its charm in my opinion) is tight and secure, there is one marcasite stone missing though, which barely notices but needed to be pointed out ?? it's a very pretty necklace that looks lovely on.
