A victorian/edwardian era vintage shipping trunk in good order for its age. Straight, with no holes or major damage. No renovation work has been carried out on it. It has been taken out of the roofspace where it was once used to store wartime memorabilia. Carries the initials EMH, and has two locks and a centre catch. One of the stickers on the trunk refers to Pacific Line running to South America in the 's through the Panama canal, then to Chile and Peru. One such boat was the tons RMS Oroya. Size of trunk, 870mm long x 520mm wide x 335mm high. Upcycle, and you could create a good period coffee table, for example! £65 ono.
