It is fully functioning,I was using it only last week, I am now retiring from the cycle industry so this needs a new home. A genuine cast iron bicycle stand from the late Victorian era. The WILLBRO of Norwich. An extremely rare item and one that's difficult to find nowadays. Ideal if you have an early Victorian or Edwardian bicycle to display. No damage. It has been repainted silver at some time in the last 100-odd years.
