For sale, bass guitar. Brand name is Vintage, great quality in both looks and sounds. Would make the ideal starter instrument for anyone, as it did me. Originally bought seven years ago for £300 or so, so I'm selling for £100 in total. Or nearest offer. Looks wise, it's a black Jazz Bass with a red tortoiseshell style fretguard and silver finishings. A few minor scrapes and dents on the back, and a wonky tuning peg that can be easily fixed, by myself before selling. Other than the above mentioned dings, it sounds fantastic and looks gorgeous. Really good quality Squier jazz bass, black with maple neck, pearl type block markers. Very good condition with just the usual light scratches and bumps of a regularly played and gigged bass. This is one of the older versions of this bass with the excellent Duncan Designed pick-ups. Has had a recent set-up with a full fret re-dress. Nice low action. Truss rod working exactly as it should. Would prefer pick up from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk but will post if necessary (I always use UPS). I got this second hand in a trade a few months ago as I wanted to try out a jazz bass, but as great as it is I'd rather just have a Precision bass again. The damage to the face of the instrument happened under the previous owner and has no effect whatsoever on the sound or playability of the bass, but I've made sure the pictures show it clearly so that any prospective buyer knows what they're getting.
