Vintage Besway Trolley

This vintage Besway metamorphic trolley circa was saved from destruction in January . The frame was restored to natural mahogany and the tray tops were reimagined using a red pearlescent paint with a river of gold, silver and copper leaf. The tray frames were painted jet black and the tops were varnished with Ronseal hard glaze to give a surface that can cope with a lifetime of use. The end panels were painted using Pebeo mixed media paints which gives an amazing effect. The transforming mechanism was serviced and waxed. This trolley will be an asset to any discerning individual who wants a truly one off item that will be the subject of pride and conversation for years to come. Wooden Drinks Trolley - Gorgeous Vintage Indian Style Retro Drinks Tea Trolley

This is a wonderful piece of furniture and would love to keep, but doesn't fit in with our stupid modern decor! It has amazing storage capacity with both upper and lower levels and an additional cabinet with three accessible glass doors. Also there are three lower bottle holders so really very useful!! It sits on three wheels. One at the front and two large wooden side back wheels. Unfortunately one of these large wooden wheels became detached, but I had a carpenter repair this. (Please see last picture). He told me that it's a secure job depending on the weight the trolley holds. Please bear this in mind as it will be sold as seen in working condition with no returns. This is strictly cash on collection only. Apart from the repaired wheel there are very minor scuffs to upper level, but other than this it is in excellent condition.
