~ Bohemian Czech Jewellery Parure ~ Authentic Vintage late 's,early 's Bohemian Czech Jewellery Parure. Consisting of Pendant screwback earrings,Panel Bracelet and Intricate Choker dropper Necklace. Please review the photographs of the jewellery being worn,to get an idea of where the jewellery "sits/falls" when being worn. It is set with 'Amethyst' Glass, with intricate filigree Czech 'Gurtler' work.Skillfully created by hand,The quality Czech Glass 'stones' are vivid and saturated with deep colour. Czech Master Gurtlers always ensured that the reverse of their handcrafted jewellery was attractive too. A Beautiful surviving set from a bygone era of workmanship.A generation of Gablonz craftsmen and women perished in WW2 when their Homeland was invaded by the Third Reich. As such, decades of Gablonz 'Bijouterie' (Jewellery) and Glass making skills,were lost with them. " Bohemian glass dynasties lasted for centuries, until the middle of the 20th century, when the entire community of craftsmen were expelled from the area in the turbulence of World War II. Vintage Czechoslovakia Orange/White pearlescent luster ware Tea set c's/30's This would have to be collected in person due to its fragility Very good vintage used pre-owned condition for its age. Very small chip on rim of teapot spout. Some age related wear/slight rubbing on saucers. Fabulously vibrant colours. Orange/white pearlescent luster ware tea set from Czechoslovakia, comprises teapot with lid, sugar bowl, milk jug, 4 cups & 4 saucers. Hand painted so there are some variations in depth of colour and coverage. Undated but from the style it is probably art deco from c's/'s. No makers mark but "Czechoslovakia" stamped on the base of some pieces. Teapot measures approx 19cm tall including lid x 19cm wide including handle & spout x 9cm deep Milk jug measures approx 7cm tall x 12cm wide including handle & pouring lip x 7cm deep Sugar bowl measures approx 6cm tall x 10cm wide x 8.5cm deep Each cup measures approx 5cm tall x 7.5cm wide including handle x 5.3cm deep Each round saucer measures approx 12cm wide x 1.5cm deep All measurements are maximum.
