Hello there I'm selling my wooden patio table. It needs a bit of tlc but all the screws are good. One of the chair legs has lost a chunk but doesn't affect the way it stands It completely folds down as pictured. This sofa is ideal for a small courtyard or patio although it would benefit from new cushion covers. There are a few ink stains on the underside and the zip is stuck on one cushion and broken on the other. there is a water stain on one cushion where I've sponged it down and unfortunately it's left a mark. The frame itself is good and sturdy, and very comfy to sit on. The back cushions seem ok although a little faded.
