For sale is a lovely Victorian taxidermy Red Squirrel. This is in really nice condition, a lovely piece with stunning colouration:) It has it's nose in a moss ring uncommonly seen as a lot of these tend to break down over time. Not really any faults to talk of this piece comes in a wooden box with glass front as seen, basic but good for the display and shows the entire Squirrel. VICTORIAN TAXIDERMY WATER MONITOR LIZARD

A scarce example of a free-standing Victorian taxidermy monitor lizard (believed to be a water monitor). The years have not been kind to this poor fellow as he's lost several toes during his travels but he's still quite the conversation piece if you plonk him down on the coffee table! The lizard is about 24" long (but would be much longer if his tail wasn't neatly curled up his back). Thanks for looking and please do have a look at my other unique items for sale!
