Lovely old arm chair Library/Parlour Type Made from a hard wood either oak or mahogany and standing on two front turned legs and two straight back legs, which all have original bakelite castors. Upholstered in a graphite colour material which has the look of a mat leather. Has a small tear on one of the arms, but was there when we bought it. It has never bothered us and still has a firm seat. Sadly selling due to down sizing and have not the space for it any longer. Read more

An Early Victorian Mahogany Two Drawer Side Table or Desk Cabriole Supports An early Victorian mahogany two drawer side table or writing desk, raised on long slender cabriole supports. The table is made from mahogany which has a good colour and grain patination. The table is formed with it having the rectangular top which has rounded edges. To the front it is set with two drawers each having a moulded edge. The drawers each have there original handle. The table is then raised on long slender cabriole pad feet, with shaped shoulders. The table has a real quality look to it and has a modern feel. The table dates to around . Size Height 29.5” Width 47” Depth 23” Condition The condition of the table is excellent, a couple of light areas of fading, it also has light scuffs and marks but overall great commensurate to age and use. Antique Shabby Chic Heavy Pine Kitchen Preparation Serving Table Table Measures: Length 74" Depth 21" Height 31" Drawers measure: Width 21" length 16" depth 9" This early Victorian table is and original preparation/serving table, It has had a rich history looking at the many marks that can be seen from the photos. We feel this only adds to its fabulous charm. It also has evidence of white paint under the dark bluey air force grey colour. which gives it a very French Shabby Chic appearance and would be perfect if you're looking for something unique and interesting with lots of character and not without being a great useful piece too, having very large deep dovetailed drawers and work surface area! The base of each table legs has been covered and fixed with a metal sheeting held in with metal rivets, probably to protect the wooden legs when floors were constantly cleaned.
