The oak box is in brilliant condition. It features a slot when notices can be placed. There is also a brass name plate that incredibly is unused so could be used for your own family name. I am also including an authentic fountain pen from the same era together with a tiny brass propelling pencil. This set would look stunning in a hallway in a period house - just as it is in ours but we plan to move to a modern house hence the sale. Collect from Sunderland close to the city centre. Victorian Child's School Desk with lift up lid, inkwells, seat. Genuine Authentic Antique

Here is a genuine Victorian child's school desk in oak. The desk is at least 100 years old. It features a built in seat, a lift up lid and two ceramic inkwells, each with sliding brass covers. It is in superb condition and could be used as a display item as I have done or as a practical desk for a child at home. Also included with the desk is a period 'Empire' wooden pencil case with slide off top. This contains several wooden pen shafts along with several metal nibs suitable for using with the inkwells if required. Please note that the other additional items in the pictures (teddies, school bell, Phonograph cylinders and books) are NOT included in the sale! Collection from close to Sunderland city centre due to its size and weight. Antique sideboard Victorian/ Edwardian with decorative design

This is a lovely piece of antique furniture which would look beautiful in the right setting. It is solid wood and has two side cupboards, the left with hidden drawer and the right with lead lined cooling drawer. The central drawer is lined and was for cutlery. Antique Victorian/Edwardian Pull Doorbell

Victorian/Edwardian doorbell in good working order. It is being sold dismantled as I have moved to a more modern house and it looks very much out of place here. The outer pull attaches to the lower hook (pictured with fishing wire) see picture 3, which pulls on the above mechanism to operate the bell. It is a lovely bell, with quite a loud ring.
