Dual Magnetic and fluid resistance unit turbo trainer. Designed to make it smoother and quieter than pure magnetic trainers and it seems to have worked. Still in very good condition and with original Q-R skewer. I have only used it once to check it is all working and my wife only used it very occasionally before that. CycleOps Fluid 2 Trainer which has been used for two days only. A few scratches here and there but purely cosmetic – works as new. Also included is a JetBlack riser block to raise the height of your front wheel so you can ride in a natural position whilst stationary. This unit is designed to provide a real road feel via a precision-balanced fly wheel, sealed-cartridge bearings (providing an ultra-quiet ride) and fan flywheel which keeps the unit cool. Just like going for a ride outside, you simply have to shift up or down gears to increase / decrease resistance. Included is the CycleOps Fluid 2 Trainer unit, quick release skewer and front wheel riser. No manual, however this is readily available online (electronic version).
