WANTED: A loving dog for a very loving home

I am looking for a small to medium dog, between the ages of 2 and 9. Ideally must be non molting, for the right breed its not a problem. Needs to be 100% house trained, doesn't suffer separation anxiety, doesn't chew. I would prefer the dog to get on with other dogs and be a gentle calm nature and not show aggression and not be strong on the lead. The sort of breeds I am ideally looking for is: Lhasa Aposa, Shitzu, pug, french bull dog, Dashund, Highland Westies, Jackapoos, etc. I do not mind a cross. Must be up to date with injections and be neutered or spayed. May sound like a lot, but I have had I live in a rented house so unable to have a puppy. Having to rehome my beloved dog pebbles as I no longer have the time to walk her due to work commitments. She's a loving friendly dog who has had all her vaccinations (which are all paid for for the rest of her life) she's just had her annual check up at the vet and is in perfect health.
