The dimensions of the tent are: L 730cm x W 260cm x H 200cm The sleeping pods are 240x210 one side is 2 separate pods and one side is separated by a zip up wall so can be opened up into one big sleeping pod. The porch dimensions are: L 300cm x W 320cm x H 220 cm Giving you an extra 9.6m2 living space (we used it as a kitchen) it has a large flap that goes over the top of the tent to keep out the rain. We will consider separating the tent and porch from the extras at the right price but would prefer to sell as a complete package. Large sized family tent with 2.0m height in the centre. The 2 sleeping pods are each large enough to take 3 fully inflated air beds or up to 8 people in total, sleeping on mats. The porch extends with a canopy, supported with 2 poles and guide ropes. Comes with storage bag which has full pitching instructions on it. All poles present and in good working order. Comes with original full size ground sheet, all its tent pegs in reasonable condition plus additional spares, including ground anchors. All guide ropes are present and in good order plus there are plenty of new unused spares. Reasonable used condition and fully waterproof with no leaks. One minor tear where the guide rope attaches to the ventilation flap on one side but this does not affect the use (see photos). Superb Pod tent - Vango 800DLX - 8 man tent

Vango are renowned for making great tents. This is the ultimate pod tent with large living accommodation and three bedrooms. Walk through the entrance hall to the main living area. To the left & to the right are double pods and straight ahead there is the master pod. Tent will supposedly sleep eight in total but only ever used for four of us. The master pod will sleep four and has a divider partition but wife and I just use it with a kings size mattress. The living area is high enough to stand up in even if you are over 6ft tall. There are windows on each side and a sky light in the roof. It is used but in excellent condition. We have had some fantastic holidays in this tent but now kids have matured it is no longer required. All colour coordinated poles are still attached together with bungee cords making it easy to slot together. All guy ropes attached and comes complete in its own carry bag. A very spacious 8 to 12 man family tent. Two bedrooms with added storage area to the back of each room. The space in between the rooms can be used as a kitchen area or additional sleeping area. The tent has two doors, one with a zipped flysheet and one with a canopy over for wet weather. 50% of the tent is usable living space with plenty of room for tables and chairs. It will comfortably seat up to 15 adults of an evening. A fully sewn in groundsheet keeps water and bugs out and the heat in. Large windows to the front and sides allow lots of light in during the day. It takes 2 adults approx 40 to 50 mins to pitch the tent. The tent has only been used for 5 camping trips, unfortunately in the most recent one of the tent poles suffered some damage and would need repairing/replacing (though we used it as it was and it was fine with a bit of gaffer tape) the loop that holds the pole also incurred a small tear that will need sewing.
