Vango Tigris man tent with footprint groundsheet and awning extension

This is a Vango 800 Tigris - 8 man tent with the footprint groundsheet and and Vango Tunnel Extension awning. It has been used 4 times for holidays to the South of France but is still in good condition. It comprises one large bedroom that can be subdivided into two (sleeps 4 in total or large double) plus two separate bedrooms sleeping 1-2 each. The central area between bedrooms is about 3m x 3m, large enough for table and chairs if eating indoors and has a door and fly screen either side. The Tunnel Extension can be fitted to either side and provides extra storage space. The main tent weighs about 25kg with the tunnel extension a further 10kg. It uses fibreglass multisection poles and I have included a spare section. There are plenty of pegs, many unused, a set of repair patches and spare guy ropes and elastics for peg loops. There is some minor damage to a seam in one of the bedroom compartments and evidence of use on the outside but otherwise the overall condition is very good. This tent is in very good condition and has not been used very much. Just not high enough for me anymore! Wt =6kg Ht = 155, L = 455, W = doors, 1 with a mesh screen Homemade footprint, Wt = 1.5kg This is the same as the Vango Omega 450XL except that the 2 doors are one on each side, whereas the 450XL has one door on the side and the other at the front. It is part of Vango's trekking range and is D of E approved. I have used it as a one or two night stop over while touring on a motorcycle because it is light and packs down small. I have made a footprint for it using a Coleman universal groundsheet and use that in preference to the suplied clip on groundsheet. Very spacious family tent with footprint and carpet. Sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms. Used only twice a year on family holidays from . Excellent for family of 4 or more. It has good storage pockets built into the living area. The bedrooms are all clipped in so go up with the tent which makes putting it up quicker. (Although you can unclip them if needed.) The carpet makes the living area very cosy and the footprint helps keep the tent clean and makes it easy to pack away (especially when camping in the UK). Porch area is very handy for cooking and for storing wet gear and keeping shoes away from the cosy interior. The bedrooms are a good size, and provide flexibility for use as bedrooms or storage. The two side doors are fantastic for allowing the air to ventilate / circulate and keep the rain at bay too. The tent is very sturdy and good in rain and wind. It does need 2 people to put up. The tent comes in a bag with wheels. The poles and carpet come in separate bags. The footprint is not in a bag. Tent in good condition (no smokers or pets) and was always packed away dry. Some of the coloured caps on the poles have been lost so we have marked the poles with the initial of the colour which matches the colour tab on the pole slots on the tent to help with putting the tent up. There is a very small rip in one corner of the underside foam backing of the carpet but it doesn't affect the carpet at all. Size of the tent 7.35m by 5.2m (at the back) and see diagram. Vango Astoria man tent With footprint and carpet Tent is in great condition, though 2 sections of pole have split - currently have duck tape around them and this works perfectly fine (i.e. tent can be put up and isn't affected at all by these 2 sections), though if you did want to replace these 2 sections there is an Astoria 800 replacement pole kit available to buy (about £20 and comes with multiple sections, to allow you to do multiple repairs!) The tent has a big living space area, with zip down curtains so very light inside. Bedroom areas are: 2-separate rooms at one end, and at the other end there is a divider that can either be put up to make 2 bedroom compartments or can be removed to make one big bedroom. For sale is a Vango Stanford person tent comes with vango footprint and vango carpet. Tent has been used for 3 camping trips but have now purchased a camper van so no longer needed. Tent is in excellent corndition with all poles with no splits and guy ropes intact. Great family tent with loads of space and large sleeping areas. Sleeps 7 in 3 separate bedrooms (we have used 2 for sleeping and 1 as a dressing room). These can be zipped closed from the main living area. There is a large living space which can comfortably fit 3 chairs and a 4 seat picnic table. There is also an enclosed front porch area (we used it for storage of food and cooking). The hanging rail for the inner large bedroom is missing.
