Khyam Harewood tent and annexe, used but in good condition. Only selling due to down sizing. The tent is 8 berth vis a vis style layout, carpet included for living area. I have included 2 pictures of small areas of damage, the hole is on the right hand side of the porch as you look at it and the tear in the seam is at the rear base of the tent, neither of which affects the performance of the tent. The tent features the quick erect ten tpole system which can be seen on Khyam's own website. No pets have been allowed in the tent nor has anybody smoked inside it. We have used this tent for family holidays three times so nearly new condition with no faults, bought in . Has been aired, cleaned and repacked since last use. The additional toilet tent to pitch nearby is handy for extra space and night time toilet visits. Main tent comes with additional footprint to pitch under tent. Very waterproof and straightforward pitching which takes around 45 mins. The outside goes up first for speed in a shower. Selling this tent as we bought it to see if we could return to camping after owning caravans for a while, and it convinced us it was a great way to holiday, so we now have an airbeam tent. The tent is in very good condition, usual marks of use but no problems apart from that. Since we got it I have purchased another pole and so it has several spare pole sections and a bungee to go through the middle if you break any, it has the tension band system that stabilizes the tent in strong winds, it is a six berth, with a removable divider between the two inners, so that you can make up one huge bedroom as we did. The carry bag has a couple of small tears, but they in no way affect its use. It can be seen erected by prior arrangement. An opportunity to have some great cheap holidays. As above a 4 berth 2 bedroom tent which as been used only once because my wife didn't like camping and then put in storage in our garage until last week when we erected it again on our front lawn and it was still as good as new and in great condition,we did take photos but the tent is so large that we couldn't fully erect the porch awning,it has a fully sewn in ground sheet an emergency door at the rear of the tent,you can look at photos and reviews of this tent on uk camping to see how good it is! it sleeps 4 in the sewn in bedrooms but has plenty of room in the tent for more people.
