We have used this tent for family holidays three times so nearly new condition with no faults, bought in . Has been aired, cleaned and repacked since last use. The additional toilet tent to pitch nearby is handy for extra space and night time toilet visits. Main tent comes with additional footprint to pitch under tent. Very waterproof and straightforward pitching which takes around 45 mins. The outside goes up first for speed in a shower. The guy ropes have line-lok adjusters and along with 4 storm guys this makes the tent very stable in high winds.
