Vango Airbeam Excel Standard Side Awning Compatible with Vango's Solaris tents, Centara 800 tent, and Capri tents Six months old, used once, in very good condition. This enclosed AirBeam Side Awning fits on the side of the tent. This is a full standing height awning. It is lovely and big, nearly as big as the lounge. Two camp beds could fit in there side by side. It has two large windows, without curtains, on either side of the awning which makes it light and airy. There are two smaller windows, without curtains, either side of the door. This awning is fully enclosed, or the door can be put up on canopy poles, or it can be rolled up. The material either side of the door can be rolled away to make an open ended extension. There is no groundsheet provided, but the flaps of groundsheet mean it fits flush with the ground so no bugs or water can get in under the fly sheet. On the You Tube video link the side awning appears at 3.28 minutes on the side of a Capri 400 In the photos it is on the side of a Vango Solaris 400. Vange astoria 800. We bought this a couple of years ago and used once where we endured a night of gale force winds and torrential rain. Of the 3 tents pitch ours was the only one unscathed. One was damaged and the other blown down completely. There is a very slight leak in the living area if you get heavy rain, you get some drops coming in where the hanging hook is. The tent is currently pitched out in the garden so can be seen pitched. This tent is brilliant but is too big for me to pitch easily on my own and it is usually just me and my 5yr old going camping so I've bought a trailer tent. Vango Aurora 800 DLX Bought this tent 3 years ago, but have only used it twice. The people I bought it off new had only used it for a weeks holiday. It is absolutely HUGE! Never had both inner tents inside and with just the one, it's like a cathedral!! The bad points are one of the inner tents has a slight tear, was like it when I bought it but never got round to repairing it. And one of the smaller poles is broken at the end, but it can still be pitched without this. There is actually a YouTube video which shows how to pitch it....
