Tent in perfect condition. It is a 5 person tent but we felt it was the perfect roomy size for myself and my husband. Very quick and easy to erect. It has a large living area and the tent can open at either side. Used once for a sunny week in the Lake District 2 years ago. Never used since. Comes with a ground sheet, 2 camping chairs, 2 inflatable sleeping mats, cooker, kettle, pots, gas refills for cooker, 2 enamel plates, bowls and mugs, a stripy windbreaker, lamp, 2 folding stools and a rubber mallet. Outwell Oakland XL 5 PERSON TENT PLUS FITTED CARPET AND FRONT SUN PORCH.

This is a tent that has been used but is still in good condition. There is some mildew on the storage pockets inside the tent but this does not effect the tent other than aesthetically. Also a clip as come away from the inner bedroom it works fine without but the clip is here and would be easy to sew back on. There is a fitted ground sheet and side door. The fitted carpet is in good clean condition, we always took shoes off so it is not worn. The front porch has been repaired, a strap sewn back on, it works fine.
