The dimensions of the tent are: L 730cm x W 260cm x H 200cm The sleeping pods are 240x210 one side is 2 separate pods and one side is separated by a zip up wall so can be opened up into one big sleeping pod. The porch dimensions are: L 300cm x W 320cm x H 220 cm Giving you an extra 9.6m2 living space (we used it as a kitchen) it has a large flap that goes over the top of the tent to keep out the rain.
