Fantastic tent - polycotton material (so much better than polyester) and inflatable (lot easier to put up). Comes complete with new footprint and a carpet. Only been put up in the garden to test so basically brand new. version (which normally sells for £999 for the tent alone) which has the zip on the front to add a porch door, extension awning or canopy.
