We have had this tent for a year and used it for maybe 5 weekends. It is <strong>instrong> excellent condition with no rips or tears. There are a couple of small damp sta<strong>instrong>s on the bedroom compartment that <strong>instrong> no way h<strong>instrong>ders the performance and is hardly noticeable.
