Having a big clear out of used rat cages, this ad is for a Marchioro Samo 82 rat or rodent cage which is 82x51x117cm in size. Has been previously used and no longer have any of the stuff that goes inside or the wheels but still in useable condition. Has some chew marks etc and could probably do with a wipedown as it's been in my attic for a while but they makes a great cage. The top wire part disassembles and folds down so makes it easier to transport and it can be used at full height or at half height so very adaptable. These cages are normally quite expensive (£80+) but only asking for £30 as I have modified (i.e. cut a hole in) the roof of the cage to add an extra, larger door so it's easier to get pets and cage furnishings inside and also the plastic clips have been chewed from the inside but nothing that can't be fixed with some garden wire or cable ties. I have for sale a rodent cage. Suitable for most rodents. I adopted degus and this cage with them but I've since upgraded. It doesn't have a bottom tray as the degus have always had a solid floor so was no need for the tray and it was rusting. Some of the cage is rusting but it's at the bottom so the animals can't get to the rust. Will let it go cheap at £30 due to this. Otherwise it's in good working order and a nice size home for rodents. None of the shelves will be included but I can include the solid floor (has Lino attached for easy clean/wipe). This cage has only been used for 4 weeks and is in immaculate condition. It is suitable for several type of animals such as rats, degus, chinchilla's, ferrets etc. We used it for a couple of degu's and they loved it, it would be big enough for several degu's, 5 or 6 rats, 3 or 4 ferrets etc. It is a very robust design and has castors for ease of movement, it has 2 levels both of which has a removeable shelf which makes cleaning very easy. Both levels have double doors which makes is very easy to clean, feed or interact with your pets. It has 3 ladders and a hammock but is big enough to adapt it to however you would want it. Assembly is very easy but I could possibly deliver this fully assembled depending on location (it just about fits into the back of a Landrover Discovery with all the rear seats down).
