This is a Rud Ibach Sohn upright piano and stool which I have had since the s. The case would benefit from a professional polishing and some minor repairs but the action is intact, it plays very nicely. I am moving house and need to rehome it quite urgently. As you see it has all the key caps intact but is missing a damper on the bottom A and needs tuning but has a mellow tone. The only catch is that whoever wants it must collect and transport it. Originally made by Barrington for Hepburn Brothers store in Glasgow. We bought 35years ago. Much loved instrument too large for new house (7 octaves, 56" wide x 46" high x 22" deep). Our children learnt to play on it so deep sentimental value. Good condition, always tuned regularly but now needs a new home. Case easy to dismantle to reduce weight and has casters to wheel out.
