Unusual vintage country/shabby small cupboard / table.
Heavy, quality side table/cabinet. Not sure what wood it is, looks like a mixture of pine (on the base) and perhaps teak for for the drawer, I don't know my wood and can't tell what the rest is as it's painted. Very chunky though. The metal drawer pulls are very unusual, I have never seen them before. I have added a hardboard back panel as it didn't have one and have sanded it down a bit just to clean it up. Discover there are two more layers of paint underneath, light blue and white, making it perfect for a more thorough bit of sanding to bring them through a bit more. I also tried to get most of the paint off the handles, didn't get round to the hinges but I think it would be lovely with these in their natural state. The drawer does stick a bit but it's perfectly usable. I bought it to fit a temporary purpose, but as it's no longer needed and my husband doesn't like it I'm unfortunately having to get rid of it. Is perfect as it is or with a bit of extra work on it. Would also be great as photography prop. Please feel free to ask questions.
