We believe this piece to be a one-off, custom made floor lamp. The geometric design is indicative of the time it was made, which is the late 's, early 's. A central square has a vertical arm attached to its of its side.The poles are of different height creating a cluster effect. At the top of each pole or stand rests a solid Murano glass shade with a three dimensional hexagonal shape. The purple stripe effect softens the light that radiates through the otherwise thick clear glass. The central body is made of chrome. The light operates on 220V and has screw light bulb fitting. Beautiful mid-century pendant light with post-modernistic influences. A relatively large glass pendant light shaped like a light bulb. The soft honey colour guarantees a very warm light effect. The fitting of the glass hood is made of brass-coated aluminium and attached with three screws that can easily be undone by hand. Not signed. Judging from the design, colour and original wiring it dates back to the period . Fits one E27 light bulb.Includes a 200 cm cord, so it is also ready for high ceilings. Measurements:Height: 37 cmLamp shade diameter at its widest: 21 cmCondition:Very good to excellent.The glass lamp shade is in beautiful undamaged condition, even at the edges that are hidden in the fitting. A few minimal air bubbles from production in the glass (hand blown glass).The fitting has a bump/smudge spot where the brass coating was removed (5 x 5 mm) with a few minor scratches above it.
