Unknown designer - geometric metal pendant light

Exceptional mid century lamp.Entirely made of (sheet) metal.Fine geometrical design based on rectangular and square planes.The lamp has two types of "sides": the closed sides with an indirect light effect and the open sides with direct vision on the selected light bulb.This suggests that the lamp may have been intended as a wall light but there is nothing in the way of a wall mount or indications for this. In our opinion, it is more beautiful and logical to use it as a pendant light as presented here. Two colours: taupe and cream- white.Not signed (or no longer visible). Probable origin and period: Western Europe, around .Takes one E27 light bulb, in a screw fitting. Including 200 cm new cord, so ready for high ceilings.The current suspension has been installed by us and is not original. On the side edge on top of the suspension is a factory hole. It is not known what this was for. Measurements:Height: 20 cmWidth: 19.5 cmDepth: 15.5 cm.Condition:Good.Metal in very good condition.No deformation or damage.Various traces of use and age on the paint. There are mild darker spots due to heat and sunlight.There are various scratches and dots in the paint, especially in two of the three taupe planes.Very slight corrosion on some of the edges. Unknown designer - Murano glass pendant light

This Murano glass pendant light is quite an eye-catcher both in its illuminated and non-illuminated state. The design consists of three leaf like panels with an outward folding edge. Each segment is manufactured from a mixture of thick transparant and smokey quartz coloured Murano glass. The panels are held together by metal bolts which don't detract from the lamp's delicate composition. The lamp is suspended from the ceiling by the original non-extendable (!) spiral cable. We kept the cable in place as it's proof of its original condition. It has been checked and is still safe to use (220V European standard). But if, for esthetic reasons, a buyer would like to replace the cable, it would be a straightforward job for an electrician or handy man to do. Pendant light in good condition.This lamp is made of so-called anodised aluminium. During the anodising process, a bit of dye was added, which is why the outside now has a slightly bronzed (champagne-colour) tint.The inside has an orange colour. This special lamp is made of aluminium rings, varnished orange on the inside. This combination provides a beautiful light effect, making it ideally suited for lighting a living room light, or as a light above a table.The lamp is in very neat condition, but it has been used. The lamp is about 40 years old, so naturally it has signs of wear. I have added as many detailed photos as possible of those signs of wear.
