I seem to remember that this type of pieces used to be described as "Space Age". The frame is made of 3 curved steel bars holding a moulded, white and brown coloured sphere of glass. Finding a twin set like this one is not an easy task, especially in consideration of the excellent state of preservation. Only the steel may need polishing, which is easily done.
