1/24 scale dolls house hand made not a kit unique in Honiton

1/24 scale dolls house. Partially completed. Lighting already installed, complete with furniture and many extras, carpet flooring more furniture skirting and other bits n pieces. Cannot finish this project due to arthritis in hands. This is a lovely house and needs someone to complete it.

Unique Hand Built Dolls House Handmade Fishermans House Cottage

This lovely hand built dolls house was built by myself and my grandfather a number of years ago. I wish to sadly part with it due to the fact it isn't small and we will soon be losing our storage space and I'd rather see it go to a home where it is used and loved. Diameters of the base are: 80cm x 67cm I cannot remember the scale that the house was built to, but we do have a book on how to create it somewhere (if we can find it) This dolls house is all in good condition and has had a lot of time invested into it to make it look like its been on the seaside with sea washed coloured marks around the edges and hand marked paving stones, bricks and with a hand made roof. All rooms lovingly decorated with carpets, wallpaper, furniture, miniature dollies & bear figurines purchased on travels around the UK, includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. All furniture and figurines included. Curtain blinds and poles can be easily removed. Carpets can be easily removed for redecoration. T his Auction is for a Hand-Made Wooden "Priest" or Game Despatcher T his priest (apparently so called because it administers the last rites!) is made of recycled hardwood, probably ash, but I'm not 100% sure. Hand made by an elderly local gentleman (who has been a shooting man all his life) to his own design. Never been used, brand new E ach one of the priests he makes is unique, he always fashions them with a slight difference in size, shape or design, so no two are ever quite the same. This one has a used  and completely inert 12 bore shell capping it off. It measures almost nine inches long and an inch and a quarter across at its widest point. Unweighted, but substantial enough to do the business quickly and humanely on most species of fish or game. Fitted with paracord wrist strap. I deal Christmas stocking-filler or the shooting man or lady!
