Grandfather clock
Grandfather longcase clock for sale, wood looks to be mahogany and is is in very presentable condition. There does not appear to be any woodworm in the case which stands at 85 inches with a width of 17 inches and a depth of 10 inches. The name on the clock is James Lane of Bradford and according to the oracle "Watchmakers and Clockmakers of the World, vol 2, Brian Loomes," James Lane traded around . The clock keeps excellent time, is used daily, has a lovely mellow tick and chimes a bell on the hour, the date mechanism also reads as it should.
