This is an electric Sparta, Sparta is a Top brand from Holland (google it) These are really nice bikes and this one is no exception. It has electric assistance, so you still need to pedal, but it will help you. So it will always feel like you are going down hill.. The RRP for this bike new was more that Euro's so these are expansive bikes! This is a beautiful bike and you can still ride it by pedaling, there is no electric assistance.
