What is Graded? This means the item has been fully tested but may have some cosmetic damage on the appliance which does not affect the performance of the appliance. There may be a mark or blemish on the machine, or indentation which usually occurs to the back or sides but sometimes can be to the front. Sometimes the machine is in perfect condition because they are part of a cancelled order or has been discontinued. A small percentage may have some signs of use but the majority are new however we are always more than happy to give a full description over the phone so please do not hesitate to call us. When delivering your appliance we will try to bring the appliance into the room of your choice. If the team cannot safely move the appliance to the desired room then they will deliver it to the nearest point. They are also not allowed to move any windows, doors etc. The delivery drivers will make every effort to protect your appliance or home from any damage but it is your responsibility for example to move any ornaments or putting a protective layer on the floor to protect it.
