Ardennes cross gelding, 6 years old, 14.2hh in height and probably in width too. He was born and bred here at the farm and has basically been a pet. As you can see in the photo his front legs are turned in but this hasnt been a problem to him and never caused any issues or lameness. Sadly for sale, My beautiful horse Micky. Decision not taken lightly with a heavy heart I am selling my beloved horse. Hes just turned 13 years but has very low millage as only been ridden since 11 years as had 5 years off being a companion through no fault of his own. Before the he was used in a team for carriage driving- so could get back into this. Would progress in any scope. But I feel would suit dressage mostly! knows extended trot and shoulder in and works in a beautiful outline with the right rider will progress and get very high up in this discipline. Again this is not a decision taken lightly, I am more into jumping and feel like his real potential is in dressage- something that I am not too keen on. 5* homes only. He is such a sweetie with other horses and once settled in is a very calm natured horse, never been sick or sorry never reared, bucked or bolted! can be spooky but he is a horse!! Mr Jinx (JINXY) is sadly for sale as we have too many horses and not enough hours in the day. he is awesome to catch lead groom bath feet is good to hack alone with adult walking or on LR is awesome in company open fields etc just walks trots or canters quietly alongside or behind others he has been driven but not for 18 months or more due to cart and harness going walkies:/ ! i have loads of pics and videos he has never reared bucked or bolted with me and we have owned him and loaned him out for the last 4 yrs.only been used mainly for hacking and the odd lesson he usually spends the summer holidays living in the garden so will happily live alone or gets along with any horse / pony. snaffle mouthed easy stop go type - can be a tad spooky if not been out for weeks hence 2nd pony type. this is his only downfall really. we love him to bits but poor fella is not getting used to his ability and i have too many to pay for !!! Drive & Ride Gelding

Handsome 9 year old Bay gelding. !5.3 hands. Standardbred Trotter (he doesn't pace) Absolute gent of a horse. Great to do anything with whether it be shoe, clip, trim, wash/bath, load, travel, dentist, vet,- anything! He was harness raced up until he was 6 then he swapped careers and became a Driving Trials horse, which he became very good at- his most recent comp was at Escrick with NEDTL where he was placed 3rd in Intermediate Horse (would've been 2nd had his driver not driven a gate out of sequence in Obstacle 6!) He did a full Outdoor season last year, but I am looking for something to take on the National Circuit and he just doesn't have enough flashy action to wow in the dressage arena unfortunately. He was ridden regularly by a top dressage rider and she loves him. He is just soooo honest. He is bombproof in traffic, you could drive him through the middle of town or down spooky country lanes and he is a saint. He hasn't properly mastered canter under saddle yet, he rushes a bit, but a good rider would soon get it out of him and then he would be capable of a good ridden dressage test too. He's done more driving than riding but is that rare one that is equally as comfortable to do either. He is in a 10 star home at the mo, so I would want him to go to another one, where his beautiful character will be appreciated. Read More
