Welsh b gelding unbroken 4 year old

I am selling my lil man due to not having time he needs, and he's being wasted ATM, he would make a fab kids pony once backed and going, he is very friendly comes to you when called, currently living out and hasn't had much done with him apart from the regular coming in groomed,feed and the odd lunge. I purchased him as he was underweight and wasn't getting any tlc I never intended on keeping him due to working full time and having to young children. Home is really important as I'm wanting him to go to someone who knows what they are doing and will give him a great start in live! He won't just go to anyone.
