bear is now 14 months old, micro chipped and looking for a loving home. he is fully intact, he is the softest, friendliest, most gentle dog you'll meet. he just loves cuddles, and human attention/ interaction. we've never considered getting him done so to speak because his temperament is so good. bear is a young collie and will need a home with collie experience as he is very good but can be excitable, and we've never trained him on the lead so he will need some more training but is so bright it wont take much. we are now having to rehome him due to a change in circumstances, we never thought we'd have to and so this decision hasn't come lightly and im in bits every time I look at him because it destroys me to give up my baby. we'd like him to go to a home with outdoor space which is crucial, he has lived in the country next to a farm with space to wonder and explore fields, he has no road sense! house wise he is fully trained and can be indoors for long periods no issue, however he needs a home with someone who is retired/ farm based/ part time etc, as he needs company. he has always been allowed on our sofas including our bed at night, he understands commands if you don't want him on the furniture. he is an absolute gem to have around, and we'd like to rehome him with someone who will keep us updated about him and send us pictures etc. we will be doing home checks, and vetting. we will start with you meeting us and bear and going from there. WE WILL NOT JUST HAND HIM OVER TO YOU. he has lived with cats and small animals, and has been around children and babies which he adores, although can be excitable so please bear this in mind. if you know collies you will know bear is still young and easily adaptable behaviour wise and environmentally so will make a great working/ pet dog. if he goes to a farm we'd like him to be a pet rather then a working dog, but he'd enjoy the running etc. we'd just like him to go to a home where he will be loved, looked after and given the time and space he needs and in return he will be loyal, devoted and loving to you, your best friend. Im rehoming my 7 month old border collie, he is fully vaccinated/chipped & castrated. Ive had him since coming from his mam at 12weeks old, unfortunatly he has started to show signs of aggressions towards us, i got him castrated to see if this would help & it hasnt, i have contacted a behaviourist but due to the cost & time it could take unfortunatly i cant not take the chance due to having a little girl. Tri colour male border collie 2 yrs 4 mths microchipped, fronlined, wormed, injections due end nov/ dec, he has not been neutered due to the fact his testicles did not drop, he would be better going to a home where he is the only pet he gets on with other dogs and cats but he does want to play with cats all the time would never hurt one as he lives with 3 but it is stressing them out, he is a very bouncy boy strong and does his own thing so needs training a lot of one to one, he pulls on the lead and makes a funny noise sometimes (due to excitement) when you first start off but settles down he is not getting as much excercise at the moment due to our ill health hence this very sad sale he is ok off the lead but comes back when he feels like it not when he is called. He would be better around older children as he is very bouncy and could knock them over. He is a lovely boy just needs a little help which we can not do at this time. He is housetrained and crate trained and only uses a crate now in the car.

Hi we are in a very unfortunate position where we need to re-home our border collie. We had him as a rescue dog and he’s amazing but has an aggressive streak. We have a 4 year old around loads, and although generally he’s fine he will snap if he thinks she will pull him. He’s not keen on most new comers but soon makes friends.
