Gas-AJC oven which will cook 60 potatoes at a time and, will hold 40 hot in the top compartment, you can also cook any other food items you wish after all, it is an oven, 20L deluxe water boiler and, 4pot bane Marie, 4x6 kg and 1 x18kg propane bottles. **4x6ft trailer in good condition, new tyres and jockey wheel, made with buffalo board so will not rot*** Cool boxes, food transportation boxes, water containers, pots, utensils, food temperature probes, stock, aluminum chairs, large menu board, hand wash unit, heat proof gloves, heat resistant food bags for steaming the food hot, Council "PASS" award certificate, liability insurance till the end of July, up to date risk assessment, food allergy display notice and food intolerance information (a legal requirement) bookers cash and carry membership card.........etc, etc there really is loads more. EVENTS CURRENTLY BOOKED WITH PITCH GUARANTEED: 1 Jul Invergarry highland games pitch fee £20 (paid) 8 & 9 July horse trials Perth, pitch fee £120, (not yet paid) 15 July Tomintoul Highland games, pitch fee £60 (paid) Aug horse trials Edinburgh, pitch fee £120 (not yet paid) There will be more next year as I have already done 6 events so far which will be passed to you. At one of these events I did just last weekend for the Fife hunt pony club, I am the only caterer on site so in you can sell what you want. This is my biggest single day earner. So, why am I selling. I have been doing this for 8 years now and have decided to take a step back, I have just been offered a part time job with a local estate agent doing portable appliances testing for their to-let properties so, something had to give. I had planned to sell in August after my last event but, decided to see what interest the business may generate before the season ends. The stall will be sold with a new tarpaulin roof and, the front & side boards will be repainted. If you have been involved in this type of business before, you will know how difficult it is to get established events so, don't miss out, I am offering 9 days at horse trials and 3 Highland games, 8 of the horse trials are 4 weekends and I am one of only 2 units on site and, at the 1 day horse event in Perth, I am the only unit there with NO PITCH FEE to pay and always overwhelmed with public. I will spend the day setting everything up in my garden and, running through the full operation. I would also meet you at the first event and help out to give you an idea of the operation. This item is collection only, you will need a large van with tow bar.
