Sofa bed mechanic is perfect and easy to use, has an 'occasional' mattress and has only been slept on a handful of times. The sofa bed sofa has also hardly been sat on, great condition!The other sofa is a little more used, with some light signs of wear, but over all good condition.The only other sign of wear on this sofa is a water mark on the inside of the sofa below the pillow. This isn't visible other than when you move the seat cushion to hoover the base.
