A real bargain for quick sale.Size (both): Width - 192 CM, Depth 93 CM, Height Of Back Of Sofa - 80 CMCondition: Brought brand new only 18 months ago!! Sofa bed mechanic is perfect and easy to use, has an 'occasional' mattress and has only been slept on a handful of times. The sofa bed sofa has also hardly been sat on, great condition!The other sofa is a little more used, with some light signs of wear, but over all good condition.The only other sign of wear on this sofa is a water mark on the inside of the sofa below the pillow. This isn't visible other than when you move the seat cushion to hoover the base. Shouldn't be an issue but thought I would share this with prospective buyers for full disclosure!The legs are wooden with "stoppers" (bought as an addition at DFS) to stop marking on wooden or tile floors.
