Our two female guinea pigs (Ethel and Mabel) are looking for a new loving home. They are sisters and both 2 years and 3 months old. They have been together since young and must be re-homed together. They are currently indoor and enjoy full run of a fantastic home made cage (1.78m x 0.78m). They can be a shy around new people until they get to know you but are extremely friendly, cuddly and docile once they do! They enjoy sitting on our laps for cuddles and a piece of fruit as a treat. They like being groomed and fussed. They can be very talkative, particularly when it's time for their daily salad! Due to our current work commitments we are not able to give them the time and fuss they deserve. They have been very spoilt enjoying fresh veggies and salad every day and are both happy and healthy. For the right loving home they can come with their cage and accessories as well as an indoor/outdoor cage run originally bought from Pets at Home for £50. If the cage is too big this can be easily adapted. If you already have a suitable cage that is also fine. It is more important to us they go to a good home rather than receiving any payment for them. Rosie and lily are ready for their forever home. Rosie was rescued from an abandoned house and was very poorly. After a trim all round and some tlc she is back to her perfect self. We acquired lily on request as guinea pigs pine for others and they can get depressed! They are now the very best of friends. They are both handled daily by adjusts and children and neither have ever bitten. They love belly rubs and blanket cuddles on the sofa. They will come with a brand new indoor cage fully stocked with bits and bobs! Food will also be given as will bedding that will keep them going for a few months. ONLY forever loving homes need apply. Two placid, affectionate female guinea pigs. Had them for 10 months; they were a few months old when I got them from Pets at Home. My daughter has lost interest in them and my cats have took interest! They will come with a small hutch which I use as part of an open pen area for them. I have nail clippers and a small amount of hay left over, plus a couple of toys. They are both healthy, teeth are good and claws trimmed regularly.
