I took these cats on because their owner couldn't look after them anymore. They were *very* shy in the beginning but are now happy and love attention. Now they know their surroundings better however, they're getting bored and it breaks my heart. Both cats are very affectionate, though one is more laid back than the other. They're sisters so I'd like to keep them together. These cats are house cats at the moment. If you'd like to keep them that way, I ask that you live on at least two floors. I think these cats would be happy outside, so long as you take the necessary steps to help them get used to it. They're house trained (of course) and up-to-date with worm and flea treatments. Please tell me a bit about your situation (where you live and how much attention the cats will get). You must be willing to pick the cats up from my flat in Bexley and bring a pet carrier. Someone brought a cardboard box before and I had to turn them away. The move is going to be stressful for the cats so let's do it right. Two lovely young female cats looking for a quiet home

This is a difficult message to write, but I think we need to find a new home for our two female cats, each approx 6 years old. They are both lovely, affectionate cats - both are small, one is black and one is tortoiseshell. We'd like to find them a home together. Both cats are quite shy and timid. They love people but prefer quieter environments and are the type of cats that like to approach you and sit on your knee, rather than have you approach them. They are shy at first, but once they settle in, really friendly and affectionate. Since we have had our son, and now we have another baby on the way, I just don't think the cats are as happy with us as they could be. They spend most of their time outside as they don't like the loud noises from the toddler, but I think they miss the affection that a quiet home of cat lovers could offer them. So I think if we could find someone who could provide that, it would be better for them. So we're looking for someone with a quiet, calm, cat-loving home who would be patient and welcoming to our cats. I don't think a home with other cats, dogs or children would be any better than our current set up. We are determined that if we do let them go, they go to a lovely household, so we would be a bit fussy, but I know they would make lovely, affectionate pets for someone who could give them a happy home.
